Cancellation & Refund Policy
We generally do not provide a refund as we give enough test material to users on the site before an upgrade. Hence, all payments will be final, unless otherwise mentioned on certain plans. However, if you feel that you have a valid reason for a refund, we will be happy to discuss this with you to help resolve the issue in anyway we can. Any refund, if eligible, will be processed within 14 days of receiving a refund/cancellation request.
Disputes
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Nismtop500 or to products/services you purchase through Nismtop500 or your having violated or threatened to violate Nismtop500’s intellectual property rights, then the same shall be submitted to arbitration of courts in Mumbai, India only.
